Hi, I’m Jessica John 👋 — founder of Circus Mobility and mentor to aerialists around the world who want to move with power, purpose, and longevity.
Before coaching, I was a lawyer… and a CIA officer. (Yes, really.) But nothing has shaped me more than the injuries, burnout, and identity shifts I’ve experienced in over 30 years of competitive sport, circus, dance, strength, mobility, and GYROTONIC® practice.
I created The Conclave Aerial Training System to guide aerialists back to strength and clarity when the old way — pushing harder, training through pain, repeating the same cycles — stops working.
This is a system designed for the long haul. It’s about building a body that lasts — and a mindset that matures with you.
