Spend the first month identifying the clients you're stoked to work with and learning how to speak to them in their words.
These sessions include:
- pinpointing your exact goals for working online
- identifying who you want to work with and why based on your values
- deeply understanding your ideal client's struggles and desires so that you can craft an offer they actually need
- doing market research so that you the type of questions your clients are asking and what they think the solutions are
After this section, you'll know how much money you want to make, who your ideal clients are, and how to speak to them so that they're actually listening.
PHASE 2: MARKETING
ATTRACT & NURTURE
Now that you understand who you're talking to, you have to let them know that you solve a problem that they have.
Month 2 breaks down exactly how to:

Four years ago, I packed up my life and drove across the country looking for a better life. I had performed and coached internationally. I taught at my local studios. I had a performance company that won prestigious awards. But I was physically exhausted and financially bankrupt. There weren't enough classes to teach, enough clients to help, enough funding to pursue in my area. The numbers did not add up.
So I found myself living with my mom and 4 cats in rural Oregon, commuting 4 hours a day to coach in Portland where I barely made enough money to cover the cost of my commute and a stop at Burgerville on the drive home. It was rough. I hadn't blown up my life just to continue struggling.
Suddenly we were in lockdown. I was made for that moment. I put up an online class schedule within the week. I promoted my then-small membership community. I wrote individualized training programs for clients new and old. AND... I hired a business coach because I wanted to skip some of the struggle. I scaled my business to six figures in one year and multiple six figures the following year.
