Why I Created The Conclave.

Hi, I’m Jessica. I’ve been coaching circus for over a decade, with a background in biomechanics, skill acquisition, and artistic direction. And even with all that experience, I’ve struggled to balance my technical training with my creative work.

I’m not the kind of person who thrives in isolation. I don’t need a babysitter, but I do better when I have someone else invested in my success—someone who will check my blind spots, help me pivot when life gets lifey, and remind me that “something” is often better than “nothing.”

That’s why I work with coaches myself.
And it’s why I created The Conclave Aerial Training System—to give aerialists access to the kind of comprehensive, adaptable coaching that actually keeps you progressing.
