GOAL SETTING FOR QUITTERS
A Workshop for Aerialists with Commitment Issues
ARE YOU READY TO FINALLY...
FIND YOUR FOCUS?
Do any of these sound like you?
- Your list of dream aerial skills could fill up a multiple spiral notebooks. (In fact, you probably already have one started in an attempt to keep a handle on everything that you've learned.)
- You just keep saving videos of cool skills in Instagram but you rarely go back to them because how would you find them anyway.
- You start training with a list of 5 things to train but somehow by the end of warm up you've added 10 more. (You never actually get to what you meant to train.)
- You're afraid to commit to specific goals because what if you lose pace with the aerial crew you normally train with?
- You fine tune your goals. You feel great about them. You plan to start on Monday. You don't start on Monday.
Goal setting done RIGHT is a powerful tool to get you where you want to go! Ready to dig in together?

HI, I'M JESSICA!

I stumbled upon aerial as an adult, and I was hooked from my first silks class. But before I made the leap to coach circus fulltime and learned everything I could about skill coaching, I worked at the Central Intelligence Agency as a leadership analyst, analyzing political leaders' plans and intentions from a distance. Wacky stuff, right?
Later, as I began to work with circus artists across the globe to up-level their skills, I noticed that often what was holding them back were some of the same things I observed working in political psychology.
I am excited to offer my first standalone workshop that dives into sport and exercise psychology principles under the guidance of Dr. Deborah John, my mother the exercise psychology researcher.
Whether you’re simply curious or you are determined to add some new skills to your repertoire, I look forward to taking this journey together.
