The Inversion Conversion is the framework.
The Inversion Lab Blueprint applies it to your body.
Inversion Conversion is the framework for diagnosing your inversions and how to start identifying which factors apply to you. That’s powerful — most aerialists have never had that clarity.
But knowing the categories isn’t the same as knowing your answer. Momentum habits mask positioning problems. Strength gaps hide as timing issues. Without a master coach watching your movement, you might still be guessing.
- You don’t know if your issue is strength, compression, timing, or shoulder positioning—or all of them.
- You feel strong enough, but “strong enough” isn’t translating into the air.
- You keep adding drills from Instagram hoping one of them is the magic fix.
- You’ve been told to “just lift your legs higher” more times than you can count.
“Without knowing your actual limiting factor, more work is just more noise.”
Inversions fail for different reasons in different bodies. Get your personal blueprint designed by a coach who has seen it all to find out yours.

Results speak louder than drills.
From aerialists who finally understood what to train — and why.
It’s been over a year and a half since I’ve been able to do straight-arm inverts in a row!
In 2 months-ish of doing the program I have unlocked my first ever toes to bar and straight-arm inversion for the first time.
I knew I had the strength but couldn’t piece things together. Jessica put it all together so I could train the right aspects.
I don’t feel like I’m doing one-size-fits-most exercises. Every drill has a specific purpose toward my aerial goals.
I learned how to break a skill into component parts — which will serve me long-term in my training.
I’m much less injury-prone when Jessica is thoughtfully guiding my training load. Nagging issues disappear faster instead of getting worse.
Jessica John — Circus Mobility
Jessica John
Before founding Circus Mobility, Jessica worked as a leadership analyst at the CIA— where her job was to figure out what was actually driving a situation, not just react to the surface-level signals. Find the real problem first. Then solve it.
That same framework is exactly how she approaches inversions.
She’s also been the aerialist on the other side of this—muscling through inversions that should have felt easy, feeling strong enough but still fighting, adding more drills and getting more confused. She knows what it’s like to work hard at the wrong problem. And she knows how different training feels once you finally know what to actually fix.
“Tricks aren’t the work. They’re the receipts.”
Jessica holds a BA, MA, and JD, is a certified Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis trainer, and has spent thousands of hours—and tens of thousands of dollars—building a science-informed, nervous-system-first coaching methodology that is genuinely unlike anything else in aerial education.
Her approach is not about training harder. It’s about training what actually matters—for your body, your apparatus, and where you actually are right now.

Yes — if your goal is to improve your inversion.
The Inversion Lab is primarily designed for aerialists who want to improve their own inversions. That said, coaches will leave with stronger diagnostic eyes and a much clearer understanding of what they’re seeing in their students.
If your primary goal is learning how to coach inversions across many different bodies, the Inversion Conversion Method Certification will be the better long-term fit.
Inversion mechanics are human-body mechanics first. The principles apply across:
- Silks
- Sling
- Hoop
- Trapeze
- Rope
- Straps
If getting upside down is part of your practice, this will be relevant.
The Inversion Lab will tell you exactly what’s limiting your inversion and what to focus on next. Progress still depends on your consistency, your current capacity, and how long your limiting factors have been in place.
This is not a magic drill pack. It is a much smarter place to start — and a much clearer path forward.
If you’ve been cleared by a physio to return to activity, you can participate — some modifications may be needed. If you’re not yet cleared, you can still submit your video and receive your blueprint, then return to the physical work when you’re ready.
After enrolling you’ll receive instructions for submitting your inversion video. Jessica reviews it privately, identifies your actual limiting factor, and sends back your custom Inversion Blueprint PDF with 2–4 exercises chosen specifically for your body.
VIP members go to the front of the queue and also get a guaranteed live hot seat breakdown on one of the group calls.
If you’ve started working on inversions and you’re stuck, yes. If you haven’t started inversion training at all yet, this will be more useful once you do.
To submit your video you’ll need access to an aerial apparatus you can invert on. A bar apparatus like trapeze or lyra is preferred for the video submission but not required.
Some supplemental props like a peanut, resistance bands, or yoga blocks may be recommended for certain drills in your blueprint — these will be flagged if needed.
Yes. Both group call replays are included with your enrollment and awill be delivered via email.
Not in this format. The live calls, the guaranteed hot seat, and the cohort experience are specific to this round.
Enrollment closes June 18. If you want in, that’s your window.
