INTRODUCING
LOOSE CABOOSE
A masterclass for aerialists and pole dancers to get you out of your junk in the truck funk and give you the buns of fun you deserve

WHY YOU NEED THIS POSTERIOR PARTY NOW.
- Low Cost, High Reward – For the cost of just one aerial or pole class, you will walk away with not only an understanding of what is happening in your body, but concrete strategies to mitigate the effects of aerial.
- No Fancy Equipment Required – You can improve your hip mobility and power in the air without ever touching an apparatus.
- It’s Simple – Once you understand the principles, you’ll be able to add them quickly to your training sessions.
- It’s Actionable – You will actually experience my methods in the masterclass and immediately feel the difference in your own body.
- It’s Evidence-Based – You don’t have to just take my word for it. My methodology is grounded in the latest breath, nervous system, fascia, neuroscience, and biomechanics research.
In just one afternoon, you’ll have rear-end revelations that will transform your training sessions.

In this 2-hour masterclass, we'll cover:
TOPIC 1: SELF-SELECTION & ADAPTATIONS
TECHNIQUE TALES
First, you'll learn why the movements and pathways that aerialists and pole dancers love so much actually contribute to our tightness.
This module includes discussions of:
- Our nervous systems and the impact of "pushing through fear and pain."
- How fundamental movements can place you at your flexibility end range and fatigue certain muscles.
- The impact of the prevalence of hypermobility spectrum disorders in our communities.
After this section, you'll understand why aerialists and pole dancers are more likely than muggles to have pelvic floor tightness.

TOPIC 2: ANATOMY & AWARENESS
TUSHIE TIGHTNESS
Next, I’ll explain exactly what's happening down there when we do aerial and pole.
You'll get:
- A crash course on the muscles that form your pelvic floor and contribute to it's tone and health.
- An exercise to help you feel movement in your pelvic floor as you breathe and become more aware of when you're clenching in your every day life.
- An exercise that will help you understand how to differentiate between contractions your posterior and anterior pelvic floor.
After this section, you’ll be on your way to building a body map of your pelvic floor, so you know what is engaging and when, so you can start to change some of your unhelpful patterns.
TOPIC 3: DISASSOCIATION & CONTROL
COOLING THE CLENCH
If only awareness were enough! Armed with new knowledge, you'll get to work creating new movement patterns that you can continue to train.
This module includes a series of ground-based drills to use your pelvic floor to create stability when you need it and to relax your pelvic floor when you do not.
After this section of the class, you’ll have exercises that you can add to your warm up and use as movement snacks every day to keep your pelvic floor responsive and happy.

HI, I'M JESSICA!
I stumbled upon aerial as an adult, and I was hooked from my first silks class. But a series of injuries early in my journey led me to investigate a better way of both preparing the body for circus work.

I remember sitting in the world's best circus schools, enduring coaches pushing my legs to the floor--just like they did when I was a 15 year old dancer--and struggling to understand how in 20 years so little had changed.
I realized that if I wanted to do better for my body, I was going to have to find it on my own. I eventually became a Gyrotonic and a Gyrokinesis trainer, spending thousands of hours studying with master trainers and working with clients in a rehabilitative setting. I saw how movement and breath could move people out of pain and into more easeful movement, and I was eager to apply those principles to mobility work.
I now work with circus artists across the globe to level up their skills and increase their longevity. My signature methodology features breathwork, rolling, and mobility as a component of each training session. I believe that working with our nervous systems instead of fighting them is at the core of flexibility and control in the air.
Whether you’re new to aerial or pole training or you are just looking to learn new techniques, I look forward to taking this journey together.
