Mobility Baselines
This assessment is designed to help get a baseline of your general mobility specific to aerial work. Depending on the goals you choose in your Onboarding Form, you will also be asked to provide photos and/or videos specific to those goals.

DELAYS IMPACT MY ABILITY TO DELIVER YOUR PROGRAM ON TIME!
1. Warm up beforehand for your safety but do not do an extended flexibility session before this assessment. I want to see these movements after you are warm, not after a 2 hour contortion session.
2. Photograph (screenshot) the culmination (bendiest bit) of each position. Use THIS CANVA TEMPLATE to compile your photos. Please save a copy of the template, rename it "Conclave Assessment," insert your photos, and then save your copy as a pdf.

ASSUME THE POSITIONS!
(each number 1-13 is a clickable link with a demo video)
1. Front Splits - square (from front & side)
2. Pancake (from front & side)
3. Middle Split - hips in line with or slightly behind feet (from front & side)
6. Hip flexion and hamstring test keeping low back on floor or with towel rolled under low back (from side)
7. Pigeon with front knee at 90 degrees & hips square each side (from side, back leg to camera)
8. Primal squat holding dowel/broomstick overhead palms away (from front & side)
9. Toe touch to squat (from side)
10. Bridge (from front & side)
12. Cobra lift as high as you can with hands behind you (from side)
13. Apley's Test for Internal & External Rotation (2 positions each side)

15. Standing facing the camera & place your fingers tight right under your ribs so I can see your infrasternal angle (ISA) (mimic one of the photos below) - no link
