Conclave Onboarding
Strength & Mobility Assessment
This assessment is designed to help get a baseline of your general mobility specific to aerial work. Depending on the goals you chose in your Onboarding Form, you will also be asked to provide photos/videos specific to those goals.
DEADLINE: Friday September 5th at midnight pdt
ANY FOLLOW-UP VIDEOS DEADLINE: Sunday September 7th midnight pdt
DELAYS IMPACT MY ABILITY TO DELIVER YOUR PROGRAM BY SEPT 14!
1. Warm up beforehand for your safety but do not do an extended flexibility session before this assessment. I want to see these movements after you are warm, not after a 2 hour contortion session. The order of these assessments will also provide a little warmth. (The only exception is that you might do the middle split and bridge with a more extended warm up.)
2. Cut each video to the smallest bit and splice all of them together as one video in the order listed below.
3. Use THIS LINK to send that video to me.
If you have any questions, join community group in Discord and ask there (Guided Track can also ask in Telegram) because I am SURE others are thinking the same thing.
Film from side unless otherwise noted...
