Manage Your Email Preferences & Membership

  •  Prefer not to get the monthly roundup or would like to re-subscribe?
  •  Want to update your billing info or cancel?
    •  If you signed up through a promotion or with another program on the Circus Mobility website;
    •  If you subscribed through the Apple App Store (iPhone/iPad):
      1.  Open the Settings app on your device.
      2.  Tap your name at the top.
      3. Tap Subscriptions.
      4.  Find Circus Mobility and choose Cancel or update your billing details. 
    • If you subscribed through Google Play (Android):
      1. Open the Google Play Store app.
      2. Tap your profile icon (top right).
      3. Select Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions.
      4. Find Circus Mobility and tap Cancel subscription or update payment info.

  • Never created your Parish account?
    1. Download/open the app: The Parish App
    2. From the menu, tap More → Profile → Login → Not registered yet? Sign up.
    3. Enter your name and password, check the box, then click Register.
    4. Hold tight—we’ll manually unlock your membership features and send you a confirmation from Circus Mobility.
      (You may also see an auto-message from the app, but that one doesn’t mean your membership is ready. Wait for our confirmation!)

    • Connect with other members, ask questions, share wins, and get real-time support from coaches and fellow aerialists. Join Here
      • For easy recognition, consider making your Discord username match your real name or IG handle.  
      • Once you’re inside, you’ll see a quick form to verify your membership. Fill that out, and we’ll unlock all channels for you.

  • Already have an account, but can't access the paid content? 
    1. Make sure you're using the email you originally signed up with.
    2. Sign out and sign back in.
    3. Remove and reinstall app. 
    4. Send an email to [email protected], and we'll help you troubleshoot.Â
