If you're being honest...

COACHING HAS STARTED TO COST YOU.

Not all at once.
Not dramatically.

Just… slowly.

  • You train less—or only what’s required.

  • You plan harder, but feel less present.

  • You carry responsibility for everyone’s safety, progress, and experience.

  • You tell yourself this is just “part of being a good coach.”

And quietly, something starts to slip:

your curiosity
your body
your desire to keep doing this long-term

If you’ve ever thought:

“I love my students… but I don’t know how long I can keep coaching like this.”

You’re not broken.

You’re responding to a system that asks coaches to disappear.

SANCTUM IS THE HELP YOU NEED BEFORE YOU BURN OUT, QUIT, OR DISAPPEAR.

Most coaching education focuses on:

  • better cues

  • better progressions

  • more classroom control

But almost nothing teaches you how to:

  • stay regulated while holding space for others and their big feelings

  • make quick decisions about things you've never experienced before without scripts

  • support your students without spending hours on class prep

  • keep growing as an aerialist while continuing to coach long hours

Sanctum was built for the part of coaching no one trains you for: the relational, emotional, and ethical load.

"Jessica's expertise is being able to turn goals into drills that target the anatomy needed to make it happen. Then she gives feedback in a direct, actionable way... without judgment! And she's extremely patient with me and my big feelings despite my need for exact guidance lol."

Nicole Sirdoreus

"As a coach you: help me understand how my body is trying to put things together; educate on how to move more optimally for MY body; double as a therapist, meme dealer, & curse word generator; provide a community to exist as oneself without judgment; provide realistic & personalized accountability; provide continuing education and support on longevity in LIFE."

Lara Hotz
Here’s what actually supports that kind of coaching—in real life, not in theory...

WHAT SANCTUM INCLUDES...

Everything inside Sanctum is oriented toward:

☑️ staying regulated while coaching

☑️ honoring capacity without guilt

☑️ building a career that lasts decades, not seasons

This is slow, rigorous work—by design.

LIVE MENTORSHIP & COACHING CONVERSATIONS

Regular live calls where we work with:

  • real situations from your classes
  • decisions you’re struggling to make
  • patterns you’re noticing in yourself or your students

This is not “ask a question, get an answer.”

It’s learning how to analyze, adapt, and respond when there is no script — so you don’t have to default to control or overplanning.

ACCESS TO THE PARISH (YOUR OWN PRACTICE MATTERS HERE)

Sanctum includes full access to The Parish — Circus Mobility’s nervous-system-first training library.

You’ll have:

  • strength, mobility, and educative movement classes
  • material you can use in your own practice and your teaching
  • ongoing physical support so your body stays part of the conversation

Sanctum assumes you are training — not just teaching.

CARDINAL SELF-PACED TEACHER TRAINING

Sanctum includes Cardinal, the coaching pedagogy foundations program & 200-hr teacher training.

You’ll move through it:

  • at your own pace
  • alongside Sanctum discussions
  • as something you apply, not something you rush to finish

Cardinal gives shared language.
Sanctum is where it becomes discernment.

PRIVATE COMMUNITY DISCUSSION SPACE

Sanctum discussions live in a private Discord—not for more noise, but for closer  relationships.

This is where:

  • patterns across coaching experiences emerge
  • you learn from others’ questions, not just your own
  • you’re reminded you’re not carrying this alone

Participation is expected.
Presence matters more than perfection.

FEEDBACK, REPAIR, & ETHICAL SUPPORT

By joining Sanctum, you are consenting to:

  • receiving feedback (including where harm may have occurred)
  • engaging in repair
  • ongoing anti-racist, anti-oppressive, feminist practice

This is a repair-forward space.

You won’t be protected from accountability.
You will be protected from disposability.

Not to be a drag, but...

SANCTUM IS NOT FOR EVERYONE.

Sanctum is not the right container if you:

  • want to be told exactly what to do
  • are looking for concrete answers instead of wanting to develop discernment
  • don’t have your own movement practice
  • are too dysregulated right now to hold space for others
  • believe your job as a coach is to keep students safe through control
  • aren’t willing to receive feedback, repair harm, or engage in anti-racist, anti-oppressive, feminist practice

These aren’t ideological lines.

They’re functional boundaries that protect trust.

If you recognize yourself here, that doesn’t mean you’re doing something wrong.

It means this isn’t the right container yet.

But if you recognize yourself here...

SANCTUM IS FOR YOU.

You’re an experienced aerial coach who:
  • wants to deepen your own practice alongside becoming a better coach
  • understands that how you train, regulate, and relate is the curriculum
  • is willing to get uncomfortable and make real changes in how you teach
  • wants authority rooted in relationship, not hierarchy
  • is done sacrificing your body, curiosity, or nervous system to be “good”
  • wants to be teaching—joyfully—10 or 20 years from now
Sanctum is for coaches who are ready to take responsibility not just for what they teach, but for how they show up.

If you’ve read this far and felt yourself nodding—not hypothetically, but in your body—this is where Sanctum asks for a decision...

Here’s what enrollment looks like...

Read this before choosing...

Sanctum is priced as mentorship, not content.

You are not paying for:

  • information
  • credentials
  • or a curriculum to complete

You are investing in:

  • how you make decisions as a coach
  • how you relate to students and yourself
  • whether you can keep doing this work without burning out, overcontrolling, or disappearing

The annual option is intentionally emphasized because this work does not reveal its full value in a few weeks.

"Jessica's approach to mobility is a brilliant combination of rehab, research, and flexibility. Flexibility training used to be a really painful experience for me and not something I'd stuck with for more than a few weeks at a time. Being in the Parish, I've done more mobility than I have in my life."

Michelle Gardner

"I love the brave feminist space that . . . Circus Mobility is and represents. I also love that Jessica makes herself so available for direct communication. I find dealing directly with the coach behind the program is so important. I feel cared for as an individual rather than part of a business machine!"

About your mentor...

HI, I'M JESSICA.

I’ve been coaching aerial bodies for nearly two decades—and I didn’t get here by following a traditional circus path.

No circus school.
No elite dance or gymnastics pipeline.
No allegiance to perfect toe point or self-appointed guru.

What I’ve always had is curiosity—the kind that learns by paying attention. Long before aerial, that curiosity showed up in tennis, dance, skiing, and any movement practice that asked me to listen closely to my body instead of forcing it to perform.

When I found aerial in my early thirties, it felt like coming home—not because it was easy, but because the questions I’d been asking my whole life finally mattered.

I became a better coach by looking outside of circus: studying nervous systems, biomechanics, pedagogy, power, and relationship. By noticing where traditional coaching models failed real humans—especially women, hypermobile bodies, and coaches without institutional power.

Sanctum exists because I refuse to believe good coaching should require self-sacrifice, control, or fear.

My role here isn’t to spoon-feed you all the answers. It’s to help you trust your ability to assess, adapt, repair, and lead—without hierarchy, without burnout, and without abandoning yourself in the process.

HOW I EARNED MY PERSPECTIVE.

  • Nearly 20 years coaching aerialists and movement professionals across levels, bodies, and injury histories
  • Former CIA leadership analyst, specializing in decision-making, behavior, and power in complex systems
  • BA, MA, JD—with deep training in analysis, pattern recognition, and ethical responsibility
  • Extensive post-graduate study in biomechanics, nervous system regulation, skill acquisition, pedagogy, and the GYROTONICŽ and  GYROKINESISŽ Methods
  • Founder of Circus Mobility, including The Conclave, The Parish, Cardinal, and now Sanctum
  • Thousands of hours coaching real humans—not just teaching theory

I don’t teach from credentials alone.
I teach from long-term pattern recognition, lived practice, and methods that actually work in real bodies, over time.
