HI, I'M JESSICA.

I’ve been coaching aerial bodies for nearly two decades—and I didn’t come up through circus school, elite gymnastics, or a pipeline built on aesthetics.

I built my work by asking better questions.

Why are aerialists trying to fix strength gaps with more aerial?

Why are we told to stretch more when we actually need to load more?

Why are women encouraged to stay flexible… but not powerful?

 

When I found aerial in my thirties, I wasn’t interested in performing perfection. I was interested in capacity.

So I studied outside of circus—biomechanics, nervous systems, load management, motor learning—and built a coaching style rooted in one principle:

Aerial is an expression of our total capacity.

It's not how we get strong or get more mobile.

 

If your foundation is underbuilt, your tricks will always feel heavier than they need to.
