Aerial Training.
Evolved.
Find Your Home Here.
Two tiers. One feminist aerial community built for your bodies, brains, and careers. Bro-style coaching left behind.
Aerial Mastery Without Injury & Burnout
A membership for aerialists who want to get nerdy about their training, make progress without burning out, and coach with the latest techniques โ in a body that takes a little extra love.
You're trained.
You're smart.
You're still stuck.
The Parish is different
by design.
Not this.
- Generic fitness advice that ignores circus bodies
- Bro-science training with toxic "push through it" energy
- One-size-fits-all programs that don't account for disability, chronic illness, or neurodivergence
- Dopamine-hit content that apologizes for its mistakes
- Studio politics, favoritism, and the aerial illuminati
- Training methods that treat your body like a machine
This.
- Tangible solutions to complex body problems, built for aerialists
- Whole-person coaching that holds space for big feelings and big progress
- An inclusive space that prioritizes BIPOC, queer, trans, nonbinary, disabled, and neurodivergent members
- Deep knowing that comes from curious, patient, mistake-tolerant practice
- A feminist AF community that treasures what makes you different
- Training that respects your nervous system, your hormones, and your actual life
You don't have to fit the mold.
Just crave the community.
The Parish has a soft spot for anyone left behind in traditional training. You don't have to be a coach. You don't have to be advanced. You just have to be curious.
We are particularly calling in...
- โAerialists navigating perimenopause with no good resources
- โHypermobile folks baffled by how to be stable and mobile at the same time
- โADHD and autistic aerialists who need to understand the details
- โInjured aerialists whose injury history needs multiple pages
- โBackyard aerialists putting on shows for their squirrels
- โCoaches who suspect they're teaching the same bad habits they were taught
"Jessica's approach to mobility is a brilliant combination of rehab, research, and flexibility. Being in the Parish, I've done more mobility than I have in my life."
โ Michelle Gardner"I love the brave feminist space that Circus Mobility represents. I feel cared for as an individual rather than part of a business machine."

Full Parish Access
Everything in The Parish โ your own practice matters here. Sanctum assumes you are training, not just teaching. Your body stays part of the conversation.
Cardinal Teacher Training
The 200-hour coaching pedagogy foundations program, included. Cardinal is the map. Sanctum is the terrain. Move through it at your own pace alongside real coaching work.
Private Community + Accountability
A private Discord space for closer relationships โ where patterns emerge, feedback is expected, and you're reminded you're not carrying this alone. Presence matters here.
Not the right container if you want to be told exactly what to do, if you're not willing to receive feedback, or if you believe your job as a coach is to keep students safe through control. These aren't ideological lines. They're functional boundaries that protect trust.
Sanctum is for coaches ready to take responsibility not just for what they teach โ but for how they show up.
Real people.
Real results.
"As a coach you: help me understand how my body is trying to put things together; educate on how to move more optimally for MY body; double as a therapist, meme dealer, & curse word generator; provide a community to exist as oneself without judgment."Lara Hotz
"Jessica's expertise is being able to turn goals into drills that target the anatomy needed to make it happen. Then she gives feedback in a direct, actionable way โ without judgment. And she's extremely patient with me and my big feelings."Nicole Sirdoreus
"Flexibility training used to be a really painful experience for me and not something I'd stuck with for more than a few weeks at a time. Being in the Parish, I've done more mobility than I have in my entire life."Michelle Gardner
Hi, I'm Jessica.
I've been coaching aerial bodies for nearly two decades โ and I didn't get here by following a traditional circus path. No circus school. No elite dance pipeline. No allegiance to perfect toe point or self-appointed gurus.
What I've always had is curiosity. The kind that learns by paying attention. Long before aerial, that curiosity showed up in tennis, dance, skiing, and any movement practice that asked me to listen to my body instead of forcing it to perform.
When I stumbled onto aerial silks and dance trapeze in my early thirties, it felt like coming home. Not because it was easy โ because the questions I'd been asking my whole life finally mattered.
I became a better coach by looking outside of circus: studying nervous systems, biomechanics, pedagogy, power, and relationship. By noticing where traditional coaching models failed real humans.
- Nearly 20 years coaching aerialists and movement professionals across all levels and bodies
- Former CIA leadership analyst โ specializing in decision-making, behavior, and power
- BA, MA, JD โ with deep training in analysis, pattern recognition, and ethical responsibility
- Post-graduate study in biomechanics, nervous system regulation, skill acquisition, and GYROTONICยฎ Methods
- Founder of Circus Mobility โ including The Parish, Sanctum, and Cardinal
